U.S. Orders: Orders within the USA are shipped via UPS.

International Orders: We ship worldwide via DHL. Please see shipping methods below. All applicable duties, taxes and fees will be included in the total amount of your order.

Delivery Times: Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take 5-15 business days to deliver.

U.S. Shipping Rates 
Standard 5-7 days $10
Free Standard orders $50+

International Shipping Rate
Standard 5-15 days $20

Returns

The below items may be returned. Items must be new, unused and in original packaging (unopened) within 7 days of order receipt. 

- mouth spray
- pleasure gel

All other items are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons (unless defective or damaged). 

The customer is responsible for the fees related to return shipment.
